Meet Wendy Estela

Wendy Estela is a business attorney serving hundreds of interior designers nationwide—from AD100 and Elle Décor A-List professionals to emerging talent. With 25 years of experience, she provides contract drafting, negotiation guidance, and risk management services tailored to the design industry. Wendy is a frequent speaker at High Point Market and a Board Member of the Interior Design Community and The Design Besties. Wendy has been featured in Business of Home and is the founder of Designed Counsel, the first legal education membership exclusively for interior designers. 

A small business owner herself, Wendy was the first woman in her family to graduate from college. The daughter of a Filipino immigrant father and first-generation Polish American mother, she brings a personal understanding of entrepreneurship and building something from the ground up. She resides in West Hartford, Connecticut, with her two teenage daughters, Caroline and Victoria, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bella and Dash.
